A bit about me.
Nicole Landry is a UX/Product Design director with 17 years of industry experience; 9 years in team leadership roles.
See work experience on Linkedin.
She advises global internet companies, technology products, consumer brands, agencies and budding startups. Her direction blends business goals, user insights, product management and design leadership. These skill sets have enabled her to design for the web, mobile and tablet applications, motion graphics, interactive TV and wearable technology.
Nicole holds a MFA from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, where she studied New Media. Her thesis project (2007) was a two part running system including a GPS touch-screen wrist device and aligned web application for planning and tracking run data. Based on an inherent interest in the psychology of consumers and technology, she carved out a unique User Experience (UX) graduate curriculum and degree. Within two years, the Academy adopted this degree for others, and Nicole returned to the Academy to teach many graduate UX classes.
When Nicole’s not scouring the web, she’s spending quality time with her family or playing in the digital space where her passions (fashion, social good, fitness and health) intersect.
